PENNSYLVANIA COURTHOUSE — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has upheld John C. Eichinger's convictions on four first-degree murder charges and also the sentences he received.
In 1999, Eichinger murdered Jennifer Still in her Bridgeport apartment. Six years later, Eichinger killed Heather Greaves, 27, Lisa Greaves, 23, and Avery Johnson, 3, at the Greaves home in King of Prussia.
In 2005, Eichinger received a life sentence for Still's killing, and the death sentence for the other three murders.
Eichinger has now exhausted his appeals and his execution will proceed as scheduled.
