Can be sent in to any inmate from the store direct ONLY or by Subscription only.
Penpals cannot send these items in to the prison themselves.
The inmates are permitted 10 CDS in their collection at one time.
I am unsure of the tape rule. I am waiting on a full list of rules to come from the Warden to post on here.
