The link above is for Cleve Foster, on Death Row in Texas. Sheldon Ward (now executed) has told Texas that Cleve Foster was not involved, he was responsible.
However - Texas isn't listening.
As the petition states - Texas are willing topay $2.5 million to execute an Innocent man rather than admit they've made a mistake.
Please sign the petition to help let it be known that although Texas may not be listening - you are.
