(1). The Official Coroner's Report stated that Robin Dennis died on the 12th February 1993, but Maurice Mason was in jail from 11th February 1993 on a parole violation, so how could he have killed her when he was incarcerated?
(2). The beneficiary of Robin's insurance policy was changed from her father to her husband two weeks before Robin went missing.
(3). Robin's husband sold her wedding ring two weeks before she went missing.
(4). The night that Robin went missing, her husband showed a Harley Davidson t-shirt to a house full of people, saying that he was going to give it to her. According to him she never came home, and yet she was wearing a new Harley Davidson t-shirt when her body was found, although that was not what she'd left the house in.
(5) Robin's best friend said that she saw her in her car, about 10pm on February 8th 1993, many hours after she had left with Mason. This was discounted by the police.
(6). Robin was found clutching long blond hair, Maurice Mason is African-American and has nappy black hair, while Robin's husband's hair was long and blond. No DNA testing was ever done on that hair or on Chris Dennis.
(7). On February 8th Chris Dennis, the husband of Robin Dennis told a house full of people that Robin was having sexual relationships with other men, and threatened to kill her when she returned home.
(8). Robin Dennis was beaten to death. When Maurice Mason was questioned about her disappearance he was found to have no marks or bruises upon his body, however when questioned the hands of Chris Dennis were cut and bruised. He told teh police that he had beaten the walls of his home isn frustration after Robin disappeared, and the police took it no further.
(9). Neighbors of the people in whose house Chris and Robin Dennis were staying said that they had heard a lot of noise which sounded like someone was being killed in that house. No investigation was made into this and it did not come up in court at Mason's trial.
(10). Chris Dennis had a reputation for violence including spousal abuse:
(a) Chris Dennis had taken another person out to the country, beaten him and left him to die. He survived, but Chris went to jail for this.
(b) Chris Dennis beat his wife Robin many times in private and in front of witnesses.
(c) The previous wife of Chris Dennis stated that he had beaten her many times, and was willing to go to court to testify because she believed that Chris had killed Robin Dennis.
(11) Two white men were seen inthe field where Robin's body was found, but this was not investigated.
(12) A friend of Chris Dennis claimed to have witnessed Robin's murder, but this was not investigated.
(13) The wife of a very close friend of Chris Dennis stated that she believed that her husband and Chris had something to do with Robin's death....but when she and her husband fled the state before the trail, nothing was dont to investigate this.
(14) Both Chris and Robin Dennis's mothers wanted to testify in court on behalf of Maurice Mason because they believed that Chris had murdered his wife.
(15) Chris Dennis worked in the same area in which Robin's body was found.
