FINAL DIAGNOSIS:
Blunt trauma to head with facial contusions and abrasions, fracture of the zygoma, scalp lacerations, skull fractures, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral contusions, uncal herniation, aspiration of blood and cerebral edema.
Blunt trauma to the neck with conjunctival hemorrhages, skin abrasion, fracture of the thyroid cartilage, and hemorrhage into strap muscles of the back bilaterally.
Cutaneous abrasions.
Intra-uterine pregnancy, 4-6 weeks, incidental.
TOXICOLOGY:
An Abused Drug Analysis Has Been Performed.
Ethanol not detected (blood)
No Agents were detected.

EXTERNAL EXAMINATION: The body is that of a white female whose appearance is consistent with the stated age of 19 years. The height is 66 inches. The weight is 117 pounds. Rigor mortis is full. Lividity is anterior and fixed. The body temperature is cold. The physique is mesomophic. The hair is light brown and measures 6-12 inches in length. The external auditory meati are free of blood but there is absence of the pinna of the left ear. There is no adult masculine facial hair. The nose contains blood and shows no evidence of bony fracture but there is mobility of the maxilla relative to the neck. The mouth shows no evidence of intraoeal injury but there is blood and dirt within the mouth. The teeth are the decendents natural teeth and are in good condition. The jaws are clenched in rigor mortis. The head, neck, chest, abdomen, back, arms and legs are unremarkable except for the below describes injuries and identifying mark. The genitalia are those of a normal adult female. There is no evidence of trauma to the genitalia. The gluteal fold is free of debris.
INJURIES
EXTERNAL: There is a periorbital ecchymosis. There is an abrasion along the left lateral orbital rim. There is a fracture of the left zygoma and a contusion of the right forehead laterally and extending into the temporal region. There is an abrasion with contusion of the right cheek. There is a patterned abrasion on the dorsum of the left forearm near the elbow. There is an abrasion of the left and right buttock laterally. There is an abrasion on the neck which is curvilinear and roughly horizontal. There is a contusion with abrasion of the right knee anteriorly and inferiorly. There is an abrasion of the left upper arm laterally. There is an abrasion of the left shoulder……….(This is all Reese sent to me)
