Warning about "New Regulations" at MANCI

During a visit to Reese last week we were told at 11-30am that his sister was waiting outside and that if he wanted to see her I would have to leave, although I had a full-day visit booked. When we queried this we were told that it is "a new regulation", although neither Reese nor the CO on duty knew anything about it until we were all informed that morning. But no one was bending and Reese had to make a choice between continuing our visit and seeing his sister.

Then we I tried to book another visit I was told that I could not do so on that day because a friend of ours was already visiting Reese, and the new regulations did not allow for add-ons.

I'm not sure what this is all about but please ensure that your visits to MANCI have been approved before you go.
