The only way to send Money to an inmate is to send a money order. Made out to the inmate with his prison number on it.

ANYONE can send money to any inmate now. However, the maximum per month per person is $200

You can buy US money orders from American Express. The last time I bought one which was about 2 years ago, it cost £5 for the money order then the amount of dollars on top of it.
